hello mindful learner
we are so glad that you’re here!
Welcome to the Mindful Classroom
For educators and professionals working with students.
Our Mindful Classroom program offers practical, evidence-based awareness practices to support focus, regulation, and wellbeing. With activities that take just a few minutes a day, the program fits naturally into everyday teaching.
Our program is demonstrated to foster student wellbeing and reduce experience distress. Students report greater ability to notice and manage their emotions, plus they have more attention and energy for things that are important to them, including outside class.
With each week building on the next, this 10 week program provides you a new tool to share with students each day. We give you everything you need - why, how and when to use the tool including adjustments for diverse learners and tips to overcome typical challenges.
We’ll welcome you to your dedicated Community of Practice and equip you with everything you need. This includes weekly online instructional and Q&A sessions, class recordings, resource downloads, community discussion forum and opportunity to measure own wellbeing and student outcomes. Our weekly discussion helps you overcome typical classroom challenges as you go!
